Have you guys noticed????

The posting times on my blog? They are 3hours behind are time. LOL But yet when I am working on a post (It saves automatically) it will say draft saved .... and it's the right time for here! LOL I have tried to figure out how to fix it .(haven't gave much effort)   Does anyone know how to fix it? Or if it can be fixed?
